При запуске появляется неизвестная мне ошибка.

Данный Python скрипт ожидает два обязательных (required=True) параметра
при запуске в коммандной строке, о чем он (скрипт) вам и сообщил.

Пример:

python /path/to/real_time_object_detection.py \
           -p /path/to/prototxt \
           -m /path/to/trained/model
